My goals for your fitness training.
As we train, Your body will progress, just like anything else in life; and I will continually give you fitness assessments to determine where you are physically, and what you need to progress forward, before you get started.
We won’t just be lifting weights. We will stretch with basic yoga, do pilates, cardio and discuss nutrition. The point is to give you a well rounded state of health and physical well being. For example, people that complain about constant back pain usually suffer from a weak trunk (stomach core). As a result, the back muscles work overtime, and become exhausted, creating unnecessary back pain. If you're out of sync, we need to analyze why you are having problems, not just throw weights around. Nine times out of ten (unless you have an injury) it is weak muscles or tight muscles; therefore, weight training must always go hand-in-hand with streching and pilates.
