"Having been in the fitness industry for 10 years has been a dream come true. I believe mental and physical wellness is the key to a happy life. For that reason, I dedicate my time to show people who need and want help, the way to accomplish their fitness goals. Now married--with three kids, if anyone knows what a tight schedule is--it's me! We all know how hard it is to fit "fitness" into a busy mom's schedule. On the other hand if you don't workout, you wouldn't have the energy to keep up with such a busy schedule."
Diana offers online Boot Camp for Mom's, Women on Weights and Change Your Weigh--all of these are 30 minute sessions for people that have little time for a workout but want to make time! Although certified in Zumba she is working on providing Zumba-like classes online. Diana is certified through National Acadamy of Sports Medicine and Internation Sports Science Association. She has also completed her Biomechanics through Cooper Aerobics Institute.
