It is necessary that you have a structured workout at least twice a week to get the most out of your training. The more you train the faster the results will show. Once you have chosen a package email me. Please tell me about your health, past surgeries, your current fitness level--in other words, tell me about you.

How Do I Get Started?

Purchase a package, and chose your time that you would like to train. Choose to train two, three or four times a week. If you don't have a web-camera, I have a beginners package that includes a web-cam along with four sessions.
